When you book a ticket on this website you will be asked to make a full & final payment. If your payment is successful you will receive an email confirming receipt.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds. If you can no longer attend the ball, please find someone to replace you and notify the White Knights Ball Committee no later than 48 hours in advance of the event of the new name and dietary requirements. If you are unable to find someone to replace you, please contact wkbtickets@omv.org.uk.

Code of Conduct

The White Knights Ball Committee and the staff of the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London reserve the right to refuse entry to those who are inebriated, under the influence of illegal drugs, or acting inappropriately - no refund will be given for their tickets. The White Knights Ball Committee and the staff of the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London also reserve the right to request those who are behaving inappropriately to leave the premises - no refund will be given for their tickets.

Minimum Age (18 & over)

Please note that this is a strictly 18 and over event, if you are not 18 or over you will not be granted access to the premises.

Photography, filming and sound recording

When attending this event, you grant permission to the OMV to film, record or photograph at this event. It is understood that these recordings and photographs may be used for promotional, online and marketing purposes for the promotion of the OMV and its events. If you wish to be excluded from any recording or photography, please email the OMV Secretary at secretary@omv.org.uk.

Data Protection Policy

When you complete White Knights Ball ticket application you provide us with personal data. This data is stored by us and used for certain purposes in line with our data protection policy published on the OMV's website and which can be found here. 

Visibility: your data is visible to the White Knights Ball Ticket Co-ordinator, the Organiser of the Ball, the OMV Secretary, Chairman, Treasurer and Chair of the OMV Trustees. It is not visible to the public, or any other members of the OMV.

Use: your data will be used by the Ticket Co-ordinator and on an ongoing basis by the OMV Secretary to keep you informed of other OMV activities and news.

Removal: if at any time you no longer wish the OMV to store your data, please contact the OMV Secretary who will delete your information within 7 working days.

Coronavirus/Covid-19

If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the OMV's control, the cost of the tickets will be refunded subject to reasonable deduction for legitimate costs of the event already incurred and unrecoverable by the OMV.

If the event is postponed, you will be informed that your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date.

The OMV accepts no liability for any Coronavirus/Covid-19 cases following this event.
